Teamwork, Innovation, Preparation and Fairness are some of the current workplace strategies for improving productivity in the office. Although these are effective strategies, they require more than an “add water and stir” approach and in some cases they are down-right counter productive.
For two years now I have drawn from the valuable resources of Todd Wilson and Dave Ferguson, co-founders of the Exponential Conference.
This year the Exponential Conference is SOLD OUT, however it is being webcasted for FREE! I highly recommend this event for first-chair, second-chair, and only-chair leaders.
Second Chair Leadership will post content during the conference April 22-25. Sign up here to receive email updates.

The interview will air Monday, April 8 at 10pm EST.
I recorded a podcast with Pastor Mitchell about his book on March 14. I’m sure it was my podcast that caused Carman and TBN to request an interview :).
